AI diligence statement
This statement provides a transparent look at how I use AI to streamline the operations of my business and my personal guardrails to ensure that my practice remains a reflection of myself. I maintain full responsibility for everything published under my name, whether AI played a part in its creation or not.

How I use AI
What I use AI for
- To build and maintain this website. I guide AI in the creation of this website using popular open-source frameworks. All design decisions are my own.
- To review and provide feedback on written content. I write the first draft of all content for this website, my published articles, and LinkedIn posts. I ask AI for feedback on the clarity and effectiveness of my writing. I never let AI implement feedback on my behalf.
What I do not use AI for
- I do not use AI to supplement coaching conversations.
- I do not use AI transcriptions on my coaching conversations.
- I do not use AI for any written 1:1 communication with my clients.
Which tools I rely on
I choose to work with Claude, Anthropic’s flagship model, because I value Anthropic’s ethical approach to AI. You can read more about Claude’s constitution here (opens in new tab).
How I stay involved
I never publish anything that AI has written or created on my behalf without reviewing and recreating from my own perspective. This workflow allows me to use AI to expand my creative process while ensuring that the final output is true to me.
